Refund policy

We work hard to ensure we deliver the best products to you. However, in the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will happily offer you a free reprint, replacing the same product. Please contact us within 30 days if you receive a product you're not happy with. We require a clear photograph (or a video or even both, if possible) depicting the damage or defect or wrongness. Should the defect or damage involve multiple products of the same design, all affected products must be clearly visible in one photograph or video. Please do not forget to include the order ID in your submission. This will aid in identifying the issue, helping us to provide you with a joyful solution.
For a return to be processed, the item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and original packaging still intact. A receipt or other proof of purchase must also be provided, as already mentioned above.

When we approve a return, detailed instructions will be provided in our email regarding the proper method and destination for package shipment. NOTE: We're responsible for the cost of return shipping, but please read the conditions below.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- If you do not provide clear photo (or video) evidence of the problem, we will not accept returns or process refunds.
- A reprinted and replaced product cannot be re-returned and re-replaced, again and again. Doing this may lead to an unending loop, which is commercially and mentally stressful.
- Should you decide to return the product after delivery because of a change of mind, please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted. This is because each product is bespoke, made to order to satisfy only you. Many of our products are custom-made and personalized to individual specifications, the way you love them. We instantly start production, shipping, and fulfillment only after receiving your payment. Please ensure that you order what you passionately love from our online shop.
- If you order the wrong size or color, we will not accept returns or process refunds. Kindly peruse our size and color charts available on the product page and choose your preferred color and size from the pickers. But please contact us if you have ordered the wrong color or size, and we will do our best to satisfy you.
- Please note that all digital downloads purchased from our shop are final and cannot be returned or refunded. The purchase and download of any digital content is complete, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
- We will not accept returns or process refunds if you do not contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving a defective or wrong order. This is because our type of business demands speedy solutions as weddings and all the activities relating to them are often time-critical, urgent and strategic. Our production begins as soon as you pay for your order, so we have no room for delays, cancellations, hindrances, and such related drawbacks and setbacks.
- For our printing and production, we predominantly use Direct-To-Garment (DTG) technology. This means that a tolerance of 0.5” is permitted for print placement. In view of this, minor variations in the positioning of the print are not classified as defects, and hence returns or refunds are not permissible in this case.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In addition to the non-returnable items above, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, specifially produced for only you, we do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for a new item. But please contact us if you have any need to make exchanges, and we will do our best to make you happy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Notification of Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within one (1) business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
